She worked in the photographic market for 18 years, was administrative director in a company importing machinery and supplies for developing photographs and commercial director of a network of photographic retail stores. In 1998, he founded Editora Photos, publishing two bimonthly periodicals and several photographic books. He currently manages Politrade Ltda, a company that invests in the real estate market for rental purposes. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas-SP. Master in Administration from the Federal University of Bahia and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Caxias do Sul. She is currently a professor of Public Administration at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC/ESAG), and a collaborating professor at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA ), next to the Center Interdisciplinary Development and Social Management (CIAGS). Voluntarily works with various civil society organizations and social projects. It is part of the National Network of Researchers in Social Management and the International Society for Third-Sector Research. Among its topics of interest in research are: co-production of the public good, accountability, governance, public management, social management, socio-territorial development and private social investment. Bachelor of Laws from Unipar and Univali Universities since 2006, technician in real estate transactions since 1997 and accredited by Creci since 2008 under number 13445. She currently works in two real estate companies: at Politrade Ltda she manages and manages commercial rentals and at Desc Imobiliária she sells properties of high standard. It also acts as an investor in the same field. Between 2002 and 2007 he managed the financial, administrative and human resources areas of a holding with 7 companies in the photographic industry.

"Giving life a new chance"
The Wild Animal Screening Center (CETAS), located in the Rio Vermelho State Park, is the only unit in Santa Catarina responsible for receiving, marking, screening, evaluating, recovering, rehabilitating and disposing of wild terrestrial animals arising from inspections, rescues or spontaneous deliveries from private individuals.
O Edital de Chamamento Público 001 /2018/IMA provided the Espaço Silvestre Institute (IES), a non-governmental organization, with the opportunity to present itself to the Santa Catarina Environment Institute (IMA) as a partner in organizational renewal, improvement and technical adequacy of CETAS/TRV activities . On June 1, 2019, IES signed the IMA Collaboration Term to execute the Work Plan approved by the Judging Committee of the Call.
O Plano de Trabalho possui sete objectives to be fulfilled during the period of the contract, which are (1) to organize the reception of wild terrestrial animals for admission to CETAS/TRV; (2) create and implement protocols for screening, assessment, management, rehabilitation and disposal of terrestrial wild animals; (3) create preventive e implement biosafety, safety, hygiene and medicine protocols ;(4) create and articulate a network of partners for the development of_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ research activities related to the objectives of CETAS/TRV; (5) raise funds; (6) create and implement a training program, environmental education e social communication; (7) carry out routine CETAS/TRV activities.
Mission...
(1) Ensure the planning, coordination and execution of rehabilitation and treatment activities for wild animals;
(2) Create a fundraising network for the cause of wild animals;
(3) Ensuring the welfare of wild animals and their reintroduction into the wild, when possible;
